These are recipes taken from a little book that my bf and I write into.
Some are family recipes, others were found online or in books and adapted to our taste.
Most are pretty simple and quick, as well as vegetarian or vegan-friendly. If you try them out for yourself I'd love to hear what you think!
ingredients:
300-500g peach/apricote
1 lemon (squeezed)
6 tbsp agave syrup/nectar
3 bags of green or white tea
Directions:
cook the fruit, juice, and agave syrup in 1L of water for 15 mins
add the tea bags and let them steep
let cool and strain before serving
Ingredients:
2 avocados
1 lime
2-3 cloves of garlic
1 shallot
3-4 cherry tomatoes
1/2 a red chilli pepper
parsley
salt and pepper
sprinkle of vegetable broth
Directions:
*important* after cutting and peeling the avocado, mix it immediately with the lime juice in order to prevent oxidation
dice everything and mix it well into the avocado-lime juice mixture
season with salt, pepper, and vegetable broth
leave for at least 3-4hrs before serving
